Sinopsis:
Cuando se rompe la antigua tregua entre los seres humanos y los primeros hijos de la Tierra, el infierno se apodera del mundo. El anárquico príncipe del mundo subterráneo, Nuada (Luke Goss), se ha cansado de inclinarse ante los seres humanos. Se le ocurre despertar a un ejército de máquinas de matar que volverá a apoderarse de lo que fue suyo. Por fin, las criaturas mágicas podrán pasearse por la Tierra a su antojo. Sólo Hellboy (Ron Perlman) puede detener al oscuro líder y salvar al mundo de la aniquilación.
